📌* Tuition & Withdrawal Policy – Mighty B Learning
Enrollment Deposit All enrollment in the Live Virtual Program includes a non-refundable $400 deposit per student. This deposit secures your child’s placement in the program and is applied toward the total tuition.
Two-Week Refund Policy Families who choose to withdraw within the first two weeks of their student’s official start date may request a refund for any tuition paid beyond the deposit. The $400 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Withdrawal After Two Weeks If a student is withdrawn after the two-week refund period, the family is responsible for paying up to 50% of the remaining tuition balance for the school year. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to the Mighty B administrative team.
Billing & Payment Terms Tuition may be paid monthly or annually. Monthly payments are automatically billed to the card or account on file. Missed payments may result in paused access to the program until the account is brought current. We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Multi-Student Discounts Multi-student discounts are available only for families enrolled in the Live Virtual Program. Discounts do not apply to Curriculum-Only plans or individual course add-ons.
Access to Curriculum Materials If a student is withdrawn from the program, access to all live classes, grading support, and curriculum materials will be discontinued as of the official withdrawal date.
Policy Effective Date This policy is effective as of July 2025 and applies to all new and returning families enrolled in the 2025–2026 academic year.
